Wood Sanding & Finishing Course
This two day wood floor sanding and finishing training course is a hands on workshop. The course has been designed for flooring installers who wish to get into the lucrative sanding and finishing of wood flooring and for those wishing to improve their skills and techniques. You will be sanding and finishing a room setting with all the obvious obstacles you are likely to encounter.
What areas of training and learning are included in the Sanding and Finishing course?
The course will cover a multitude of wood floor sanding and finishing techniques and will include an
in-depth look at health and safety, the correct use of edger’s, belt and drum machine recognition,
floor sanding techniques for different species of wood, preparation and finishing procedures, the application
of stains and oils as well as staining techniques.
Each participant will receive a certificate at the end
of the course.
This course is designed for new comers and those wishing to further their skills and experience
in wood floor sanding and sealing.
